Aug 21, 2004-001 - Terlingua TX CASI. Bronze Clay Henry Chili & BBQ CCO. Clay Henry is back! New location at Community Center. Benefits the Carolyn Hejtmancik Memorial for the Terlingua School Activity Fund. Entry fee $18 turn in 2 PM. BBQ $20 per category, Pork Ribs, Chicken and Brisket. Chicken Noon, Ribs 1 PM, Brisket 3 PM. Trophy will be Bronze Clay Henry Goat for first place chili and BBQ Champion. Contact Dorathy Williams 432-371-2595 or Boomer Kingston 432-563-5499.
